P4,temperatura normal de trabajo?

Hola a todos(a):
Este es mi primer post aqui y seguro que no el ultimo.
La cuestion es que toy bastante verde en esto de refrigeracion
y como me he montado un P4 2,26Ghz quisiera saber mas o menos cual es la temperatura normal.
Yo tengo puesto el disipador de Intel y navegando solamente lo
tengo a 53ºc,?es esto normal?.No lo tengo overclokeado y solo
tengo otro disipador en la fuente y uno en la tarjeta grafica.
Me podreis dar algun consejo si esta demasiado alta o si debo montar otro disipador,etc…....
