Para obtener mi api key de facebool me pide que ponga la tarjeta de credio o el movil. No se si poner el movil me acarrea gastos u otro problemas si alguien sabe algo se lo agradeceria que me lo comentara.

Gastos creo que no, pero con los problemas que han tenido con el spam y el phising yo creo que cuanta menos información de detalle, mejor.
