¿ ASRock P67 Extreme4 B3 o Asus Maximus IV GENE-Z?

ASRock, la Asus va muy pelada y para colmo han puesto un PCIe x4 que con multiGPU queda inservible.

Tambien son 2 placas distintas en tamaña ya que la gene es M-atx por eso tambien tiene menos prestaciones y la Asrock es una ATX.

Tambien tengo una duda sobre la placa que tengo ahora, la asrock g31m-gs r2.0, que me la compre hace unos meses y ahora resulta que cuando instalaba w7 y llevar unos dias usandolo fallaba la targeta grafica , despues probe a instalar ubuntu y lo mismo el fallo era al inicio que la pantalla de carga de windows y ubuntu se quedaba cojida y con el logo casi invisible
y ahora cuando inicio no reacciona la pantalla y el speaker no pita.
Aver si me podeis ayudar.Gracias de antemano
