Mas redimiento en Procesador y Grafica

Buenas, tengo un AMD 6400 X2 Dual Core 3200 Mhz y T. Grafica POINT OF VIEW GEFORCE 8800GTS 320MB hay alguna manera de sacarle un poco mas de rendimiento.

Sin añadir ningún componente tocando la bios, supongo que tocando un poco el voltaje y la frecuencia y core clock, y no se si habrá algún programa para tocar la Gráfica y el micro.

Simplemente el OC

Prueba Afterburner + GPU-Z para gráfica, para micro desde BIOS + OCCT para monitorizar voltaje y temps + Prime95 Custom (Mín. y máx FFT 1792, 1 pasada/min. y 4000 en RAM) para comprobar estabilidad.
Que las temps de la gráfica no pasen de 80º, para micro será mejor que te mires una guía.
