quisiera saber si existe algún software u opción en el propio Outlook 2003 que permita recibir una notificación ante la llegada de correos a la bandeja de entrada. Dicha notificación me interesaría que fuera acústica. Lla opción de notificación del propio Outlook no funciona y no se si estará relacionada con el hecho de que la cuenta sea compartida, es decir varios usuarios tienen configurado ese mismo buzón y por tanto reciben esos correos. También he probado a crear alguna regla desde el mismo Outlook y tampoco funciona. Si alguién puede arrojar un poco de luz se lo agradecería.
