I-cool M61PME CPU 100%

Hola acabo de comprarme la placa base gigbyte M61PME-s2 e instalado el programa I-cool para que cuando navego no este la cpu funcionando al maximo.
Pero aunque el administrador de tareas me diga q el uso de la cpu es el 1% el i-cool me pone el 100% y no baja las revoluciones del ventilador
Mi cpu es un amdx2 a 5600
Alguna sugerencia?
