Mi opinion es que deberias empezar mirando que placa base tienes, irte a la web del fabricante y buscar los drivers alli. Los descargas y los instalas.
Si no puedes encontrarlos, entonces dinos el modelo de placa que tienes. Si no sabes el modelo, va a estar complicado ayudarte.
