GA 7N400S vs ABIT KX7 333

Hola, vereis, me he encontrado con repuestos de dos ordenadores, y me gustaria sacar uno con las mejores piezas.
Entre estas dos placas me podeis decir cual es mejor por favor o mas moderna.
No voy a hacer nada de OC y seria para montarle o un Athlon 2200+ o un Semprom 3000, ademas tampoco se cual es mejor de esos dos micros.
Sayuda por favor.
PD: he estado mirandolas y creo k la Gigabyte tiene cosas mas modernas como el USB 2.0 y algun conector SATA, pero tengo mis dudas.
La Abit es VIA y la GA es nForce 2
