Memorias robson turbo memory (vale la pena?)

pues eso , voy a comprarme un portatil y tengo la opcion de ponerle 4 gigas de este tipo de memorias, merece la pena ?
he buscado opiniones , reviews y articulos sobre estas memorias pero todo lo que encuentro tiene bastante tiempo de antiguedad ya…nose si en la actualidad seguira igual, alguien me da su opinion ? o unos datos mas actuales sobre el funcionamiento y rendimiento de este tipo de memorias ?
solo funcionan bajo windows vista ?
