LaCie Lacinema Premier 500 Gb: no se ve ni en la tele ni en el Mac!!

Tengo un LaCie Lacinema Premier de 500 Gb y todo iba perfecto hasta que un día, de repente, dejé de verla en el escritorio (tengo un MacBook) y, al conectarla en la tele, se ve la pantalla con el menú principal, pero cuando doy ok para entrar en la carpeta de movies (sólo tengo pelis) o en la de archivos, ambas aparecen vacías… El disco está prácticamente lleno, no sé si eso tendrá algo que ver...
Si a alguien se le ocurre qué puede ocurrirle o cómo puedo solucionar el problema me haría un gran favor. En cualquier caso, saludos y gracias!!!!
