Mi monitor se apaga y se enciende solo cada 2 x3 ,asi que voy a tener que cambiarlo , que modelo de 22 " me recomendais que no se pase mucho de los 100 euros y que tenga hdmi ?

Ese LG tiene buena pinta. Buen tiempo de respuesta y cumple los requisitos que quieres.
Por un poco más tienes algún BenQ de 24" que dan unos resultados geniales. A mi particularmente me gustan bastante.
