Registro de eventos de Win vista 64

Hola, este servicio no me funciona desde hace unos días, he seguido una guia que encontré por google pero no he conseguido solucionarlo. Alguien sabe como hacer que este servicio me vuelva a funcionar sin tener que formatear e instalar de nuevo. Os dejo una captura del error que me da windows al intentar iniciarlo.
