Actualizar un PC viejo a un HTPC

Saludos,
Tengo un PC tipo lanparty que fallecio este domingo. Los sintomas, pues encendia pero solo hacia mas que chillar. Aun cambiando las memorias, cpu y haciendo flash al bios no reacciono. Sniff muy triste. Pero bueno, ahora toca mejorarlo.
Se que solo murio la placa base y la CPU, las memorias son algo lentas asi que prefiero reemplazarlas. Tiene que ser de tipo micro atx ya que es un lan party. La tarjeta de video tambien me gustaria cambiarla por que ya no me rinde, aunque no es indispensable cambiarla ya que de momento para ver pelis va bien. QUe me recomiendan para dos presupuestos distintos.
