Tarjeta gráfica adecuada para muchas ventanas, 2-3 monitores y casi nada de gaming

Hola, siendo un novato en estos temas, pido vuestra ayuda para aclararme de mi indecisión.
Para poner en contexto el PC que tengo en mente: para el trabajo y ocio (programación y máquinas virtuales, ver peliculas, descargas, poco de edición de vídeo, casi nada de gaming), manejar muchas pestañas en navegadores, aplicaciones abiertas, etc. Nada de juegos.
La idea es tener 2-3 monitores, o un monitor de 49.Mi idea sería una Nvidia con Cuda.
Qué tarjeta gráfica podría ser adecuada para estas tareas y tener esos monitores?
Una gama baja, GTX 1650 SUPER o la RX 5500 XT o mejor una gama media RX 5600 XT 6 GB o RTX 2060 6 GB.

Por lo que tengo entendido para configuraciones de muchos monitores, AMD sigue siendo la mejor opción, pero si necesitas CUDA tendrás que poner nVIDIA.
La opción más barata, un Ryzen con gráfica integrada y una nVIDIA sufiente para mover el programa que uses.
