Usar alexa como manos libres para llamadas

Hola.
A lo mejor es una pregunta tonta, pero a ver si alguien me puede ayudar...
Imagino que el altavoz se puede usar como manos libres a la hora de hacer o recibir llamadas desde el móvil, pero no tengo ni idea como se hace.
Los tengo enlazados por bluetooth, pero no me reproduce las llamadas que hago desde el móvil.
