Linux 7.0 deja sin soporte a modems antiguos

Uno de los cambios que traerá Linux 7.0 será el abandono del soporte para modems Mwave ACP que montaban algunos ThinkPads de los 90s, en concreto en los modelos 600E, 600 y 770. Los usuarios de estas máquinas siguen teniendo a su disposición un puerto RS-232 donde podrán conectar un módem externo compatible.

Seguro que hay alguien en algún lugar muy cabreado por esto. Pero nunca lo sabremos porque ya no se puede conectar a Internet.
