Ayuda error initramfs durante el arranque

Ola, necesito ayuda, he montado un pen multibooteable con grub4dos y tengo un problema con booteo de ubuntu9.04, pongo la entrada del menu.lst:
title Ubuntu 9.04
kernel /Ubuntu/casper/vmlinuz boot=casper quiet splash –
initrd /Ubuntu/casper/initrd.gz
boot
comienza a cargar sin problemas me sale la imagen de Ubuntu con la barra de carga pero al cabo de 1minuto mas o menos me sale:
Busybox v1.10.2 (ubuntu 1:1.10.2-1ubuntu6) built-in shell (ash)
enter "help" for a list of built-in comands
(initramfs)y ahi se queda parado sin hacer nada. alguna solucion para arreglarlo???
