Problemas DMA

Tengo una controladora PCI HTP366, bajo XP, en ella tengo conectado un ATAIV y el rendimiento es muy bajo, como si no estuviera activado el DMA, en propiedades…. controladora... no aparece la opción.
Alguien me puede decir donde activarlo.
