AHCI ASUS Crosshair IV Formula…

Hola, tengo esta P. Base:
http://www.asus.es/Motherboards/AMD_AM3/Crosshair_IV_Extreme
Quiero poner mi SSD en el SATA 6G en modo AHCI, ¿qué contraladorea necesito para ello?. Todo esto para Windows 7.
Es que, en la Web, me salen 2 que son:
- AMD AHCI Driver V1.2.0.164 for Windows 7
- JMicron JMB36X Controller Driver V1.17.54.2 para todos los Windows.
Supongo que será el JMicron, ¿no?. Pero, ¿para qué sirve el de AMD?. No lo entiendo…
