Lo que pasa es que tengo un disco duro externo western digital my book essential de 2TB se fue la luz y cuando regreso mi ordenador no reconocía el disco duro, utilice programas para conocer la salud del disco duro y no me dejan observar el estado S.M.A.R.T del disco, en el administrador de windows 7 me muestra el disco y me pide que lo inicialice y lo inicialice en MBR y ahora muestra el disco con particion unallocated, con el programa getback data me pide que selecione el sistema de archivos y no se si borre algo o hice algo mal por inicializarlo otra vez, ayuda!!!
tengo mucha info importante en ese disco y los servicios de recuperacion de información son
exageradamente caros
