Como conectar teclado, touchpad y monitor de un portatil a un PC

Hola buenas tardes
Estoy planeando un modding con Rasphberry Pi o C.H.I.P y para ello me gustaria poder transformarlos a un portatil.
Tengo un portatil con la targeta de video rota. Me gustaria poder conectar el teclado, el touchpad y el monitor a uno de estos dos sistemas.
Sabeis como podria hacerlo?

Hay muchos manuales y guías para hacer eso, te dejo un video.
Lo más importante: saber el modelo de monitor antes de comprar el conversor de señal y el voltaje que necesita.
