Dejo de funcionar bomba maxi-jet

La bomba(Maxi-jet 750) ha dejado de funcionar ayer así de repente.
La he sacado y he la he desmontado(solo se le puede quitar el rotor y el rodete)..y lo he limpiado pero nada. Al conectar la bomba no gira…parece que quiere girar pero luego retrocede...vamos que no se decide...
¿alguna idea?. -

.. pareze ke se fundio el bobinado o algo de la bomba, el rotor gira facil ? no estara gripado.. -
no hay bobinado….el rotor es un cilindro de material magnético. el otro bloque no sé ..es compacto y no se puede abrir.
