Fluorescencia del liquido

He visto en la pag de Ketchak que si se le añade al liquido un poco de tinta de fluorescente y se ilumina con un neon negro pues da un efencto muy bonito, y me pregunto que consecuencias puede tener eso en la bomba

y en la temperatura del liquido?
y en la capacidad de intercambio de calor del refrigerante?
y en la interacción con el cobre o el aluminio del bloque?solo pa agregar incognitas que me surgen del mismo tema.;)
