Activar Udma?¿

Hola, tengo un Dvd Pioneer 106s udma66, y al ripear dvd´s he visto que me va muy lento. He instalado el neroinfotool y he visto que la opcion udma esta desactivada.
¿como puedo activarla en winXp?

Administrador de dispositivos/controladora ide/canal primario o secundario(donde lo tengas pinchao)/propiedades/configuracion avanzada/modo transferencia.
