Como activar el divisor pci en una Aopen AX4BS-Pro

Pues eso, que tengo una placa base Aopen AX4BS-Pro con el chipset intel 845B y necesito saber como puedo activar el divisor para los pci y asi poder poner mi P4-1.6 a 2.133. se que existe el programa Wpcredit pero no he encontrado los ficheros de configuracion para esta placa/chipset.Tambien me interesaria a ser posible alguien me dijera de algun programa para ver la fercuencia de los pci.
