Grabacion de cd's

Kiero automatizar la grabacion de unas copias de seguridad en la empresa de un amigo, pero las grabamos en cd, y me gustaria saber si hay algun programa para win que funcione de manera similar al cdrecord (linux) para poder meter la sentencia en un .bat
