Temperatura chipset placa base

Tengo una duda… mi chipset de la 8k3a esta ardiendo por decir algo.. muy caliente vamos, almenos el disipador que trae de serie (con artic silver) y sin ventilador. Seria recomendable poner algo para q bajara? Es q no tengo ni idea de a que temp puede estar... y he pensado que quizas lo que fallava a 200 de bus no era la grafica (el agp rondava los 83mhz diria) sino q fuera el chipset... puede ser?

Puede ser no, seguro que es eso. Metele algo como el zalman o si crees qu eso no dara algo como el tital cub4l o algo asi de Cu y perfil bajo.
