HOLA A TODOS.
SIMPLEMENTE TENGO QUE CAMBIARLA Y TENO UNA PLACA QUE ME ACEMPTA DE LOS DOS TIPOS, Y LA VERDAD EN TEMA DE MEMORIAS RAM NO ESTOY MUY ENTERADO.UN SALUDO Y GRACIAS.

La DDR trabaja mas rápido que la SDR (teóricamente el doble de rendimiento). La SDR es ya muy dificil de encontrar, y te costará lo mismo o incluso mas cara que la DDR.
Conclusión: Compra DDR

DDR sin lugar a dudas. Las hay de varias frecuencias, tales como:
- 266 Mhz (PC2100)
- 333 Mhz (PC2700)
- 400 Mhz (PC3200)
- 433 Mhz (PC3500)
- 466 Mhz (PC3700)
Consulta el manual de tu placa para asegurarte hasta qué frecuencia admite en lo que a RAM se refiere (si bien, aunque compres una superior te funcionará sin problemas pero por aquello de no "malgastar" cuando no es necesario…)
