Implementar SP3 en Windows Gold

Tengo al disco duro la imagen de Windows 2000 Gold (PRO+SERV+ADV SER) bootable en un solo CD.
En este cd está integrado el SP2 (cuando instalas el sistema operativo, sin tocar nada, ya tienes el SP2 instalado y sin tocar nada).
Lo que pasa es que ya está, desde hace algun tiempo, el SP3
¿Hay alguna manera de meterlo tal y como está ahora el SP2?
No me refiero a copiar el archivo de instalacion dentro de la estructura del cd, sino a que cuando esté windows instalado ya aparezca el SP3 instalado, tal y como ahora hace con el SP2.

Crea que habra que descomprimirlo dentro de la carpeta. Haber si esto te sirve. Es para el sp1 + wxp pero debe de ser lo mismo nop??
