Problema serio en Abit NF7-S v1.2

Tengo un 1700+ TBred B (FSB 133 mhz - Multi 11) y cuando, por ejemplo pongo en la BIOS: FSB 150 - Multi 10 (hacen 1425 Mhz) no hace POST la PC, el disco y la lectora giran pero el monitor se queda en stand by. Ademas por el parlante del gabinete sale el ruido "piiiiii…...piiiiii......piiiiii......"
El mother es version 1.2 y el bios version 15. Ayuda urgente !!!
