Abit nf7-1 y hardware monitor

Tengo un amd 1800XP rulando a 166x12 con memoria ddr kingston 333, he intentando ponerla a 200x10 es decir subir el fsb y bajar el multiplicador bajando tb el de la memoria para q no pase de 333 dejandola asincrona, pero es sistema es inestable, asi q lo puse otra vez donde estaba y ahora me sucede que cuando arranco despues de estar apagado suena una alarma al arrancar windows,si arranco el hardware monitor , el ventilador del micro se apaga y la alarma tb. despues de un tiempo el ventilador arranca y todo funciona correcto, lo unico q mide mal en bios que yo sepa es el vcc creo q da una medida fuera del rango, ni idea.. alguna sujerencia
