Timings y reinicios a los 20 minutos solo bajo windows

Tengo una ocz pc3500 en una 7njs zenith, y resulta k al pasar de 7-3-3 a 6-3-3, si tengo windows arrankado (linux sin problemas) se me reinicia el ordenador cada 20 minutos.
Es ésto coherente?; es decir, es debido directa o indirectamente a esa modificación, kizá sea culpa de algún parámetro perdido de super windows (xp). Creo k + o - me he xplicado.
