Asus a7ve,subir fbs

tengo una asus a7ve con un amd thunderbird 1000,le he actualizado la bios de la 1002 a la 1004 y no veo diferencia alguna en el menu de la bios,es la primera vez que lo hago,bueno a lo que ibamos ¿como subo el fbs? no tengo ni idea de como se hace ¿por bios o tocando algun jumper de la placa?
