Mezclar XMS3500 C2 con XMS3700 C3 ¿posible?

Buenas,
tengo un módulo de 512M MXS3500 C2 y quiero comprarme otro para llegar a 1G. ¿Qué me recomendáis?.1. un XMS3700 C3. Imagino que será compatible con mi módulo 3500.
2. otro XMS3500 C2. Supongo que no habrá problemas con las distintas revisiones que ha sufrido.
3. una pareja TWINX 1024 3200LL.Gracias a todos.
