Desinstalar outlook y netmeeting

Queria saber como se desinstalan el outlokk y netmeeting en windows2000.

En agregar / quitar programas/componentes de windows hay una casilla del outlook, lo que pasa es que te indica que borra el acceso directo no la aplicación, a si que no se.
XP Antispy elimina completamente Messeger, con un poquito de suerte tambien se lleva por delante netmeeting.
