Placa base Gigabyte GA-8IK1100

Hola a todos.
Bueno hace bastante que ando desconectado del mundo hardware asi que alli va mi consulta.¿Que os parece la placa Gigabyte GA-8IK1100 para montar con un P4 2.6 gHz con FSB a 800 mHz?
La puedo pillar por 155€ (30€ mas barata que una Asus o ABit).
No la pienso usar para overclockear pero quiero que sea una placa estable y que me de fiabilidad.Gracias.
