Configuracion puertos usb

Hola amigos q tal,tengo una placa qdi kinetix 7a y tengo problemas al instalar un escaner e impresora por el puerto usb,solo me deja instalar en un puerto,utilizo so win98se yme da error solo puedo utilizar bien un puerto
q es lo q temgo q configurar para q me funcionen los dos puertos correctamente,gracias, -
tienes activados los dos puertos en la bios????

sip q los tengo activados en la bios ,pero me han comewntado q con algunos dispositivos es necesario instalar antes los driversy despùes conectar lo….....?
