Error de registro en W2000

Al entrar en "Agregar o quitar programas" me aparece el siguiente mensaje:
An unexpected error occurred. Clase no registrada.
res//appwinz.cpl/listbox.htc
Line: 225Y no puedo desistalar ningún programa.
Alguien sabe cómo solucionarlo?
