No se que es esta memoria

Vereis tengo unas dudas sobre tipos de memoria.
Antes que nada decir que ya he hecho una busqueda en este foro pero me salen unas 40 paginas con resultados haciendo referencia a la palabra "memoria" y es imposible buscar mi pregunta en tantos resultadosEs que no se lo que es, mejor dicho, no se la diferencia entre
a) Memoria registrada
b) Memoria no registrada
c) Buffered memory
d) Un-buffered memorySi pudiesen aclararme me harian un gran favor… gracias.

Estaba en la primera pagina de busqueda, memoria+registrada. buscavas la palabra memoria sola? xD
