Errores varios 404 500 … time exceed

Pues hice una reinstalacion de SO y des de entonces no hay manera de conectarme a programas como el biTorrent, simpre me salen errores al conectar con el server o el tracker cuando intento hacer una descarga. A su vez algunas paginas me responden con el "test page for Apache" y no puedo entrar en ellas.
Alguien podria aportarme alguna pista de lo que me esta sucediendo y de como solucionarlo ?Muchas gracias,
