Disipador Pentium IVC

Hola a todos, vereis tengo un micro PIVC 2,6 ghz que pienso montar en una asus p4p800 deluxe, y tengo una dudilla, pienso hacerle algo de overclock, y tengo por aki 2 disipadores, el que trae el micro en su version in box y un volcano 7+, ¿cual de los 2 me recomendais que ponga? el volcano lleva mas d un año d uso en un williamete (no se si tendrá algo que ver) mientras que le disipa de intel es a estrenar.
