Liberar T230?

Pues bien, me comentaron que este movil se puede liberar por IMEI de una manera muy sencillita.. es el molvil de mi novia el que hay q liberar y nos cobran 20 E por la liberacion y estamos sin un duro..
Asi que me gustaria que alguien q supiera como liberar este movil, me lo pueda decir po aki con eso del IMEI !
