Problema con TaskManager (administrador de tareas)

Seguro que mas de uno tiene el task manager en la carpeta startup para que aparezca el logo de uso de cpu en cada inicio… Mi problema es que se le da por aparecer cuando quiere ese logo, normalmente no aparece por el tray, ni recargandolo con Ctrl+Alt+Del. A alguien le ha pasado esto y supo solucion ?
