OVERLOCK XP1700+

Bueno esta tarde me he animado a overlockear mi XP1700+, he estado haciendo pruebas y lo he pasado de momento para empezar a 1540 Mhz, la temperatura a aumentado 2 Grados, mi pregunta es la siguiente que es mejor aumentar por FSB o multiplicador, hasta conde puede llegar para trabajar 24 HRS, sin problemas con un buen disipador y ventilacion de caja?
