Añadir programas al inicio de windows

que programa debo usar , que archivo debo midficar , que es lo que tengo que hacer apra poder añadir programas al inicio de windows ,para que se inicien al arrnacar el windows como lo hace el mesenger por ejemplo

Simplemente agrégalas al "inicio". En botón inicio->programas->inicio. La ruta por defecto en Mi PC es: c:/documents and settings/nombre_usuario/menu inicio/programas/inicio.
Es sencillamente meter un acceso directo en dicha carpeta.
