Vista previa del Explorer

Utilizo Windows XP y el Explorer con las últimas actualizaciones de Microsoft. Mi problema es que de pronto la opción de seleccionar sólo un marco desde la vista previa para imprimirlo aparece y desaparece quedando reducido a las 2 opciones de "Todos los marcos uno por uno" y "Como aparecen en pantalla". ¿Se os ocurre alguna solución? Tengo firewall y antivirus actualizado.
