Pixelaciones Con parpadeo en Cs source¡¡¡

Hola os comento tengo un pequeño problema resulta que cuando estoy jugando al Cs source me va de lujo pero a los 7 o 8 minutos empiezan a salirme pixels por toda la pantalla. Cada vez salen mas y empiezan a parpadear y llega un momento que ya no se puede casi ni jugar a ver si algun experto me puede echar un cable y decirme cual puede ser el motivo aqui os pongo una imagen de el problema
