Pinnacle PCTV, bloqueos al capturar

Tengo un problema al capturar video con una Pinnacle PCTV-Pro.
El caso es que el equipo se keda colgado a los 10 minutos.
Última bios y drivers, y actualizaciones razonables de un super windows XPEl equipo tiene un athlon64 en una palca GA con un nforce3, por si sirve de algo.
