Disquete de arranque limpio

Quiero actualizarle la bios a una gigabyte 6xcb que acabo de pillar, que lleva una del 99 y no me detecta mi seagate de 40 GB, pero no se de donde sacar un disquete de arranque limpio, para hacer el update.
Alguien sabe algun enlace donde poder pillar uno? es que uso solo windows 2000, y no hay manera.
