Moviles con Bluetooth y Java

Hola, me gustaría comprarme un movil que dispusiera de Bluetooth pero que además me permitiera instalar aplicaciones de Java.
He oido hablar de varios modelos de Nokia, pero me pierdo un poco.
Alguien podría aconsejarme??

te puedo sugerir nokia 3650, nokia 6600, nokia 7250(no me acuerdo si tiene bluetooth)
motorola serie v (v400, v 500, 525 , v600, v620)
